Senior Construction Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team in Gloucester. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK and Europe, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

About the Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from tens of thousands of pounds to multi-million-pound schemes. You will oversee design, manage contractors, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery
  • Oversee design and manage contractors to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Previous project management experience within a UK construction consultancy
  • BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field
  • MRICS (or MCIOB/MAPM) desirable
  • Valid UK driving license
