About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management services on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from tens of thousands of pounds to multi-million-pound schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Manage contractors and ensure that projects meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within a UK Construction Consultancy.
  • Hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a related construction field.
  • MRICS (or MCIOB / MAPM) qualification is highly desirable.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, ideally with experience in RIBA 0-7.
  • A valid UK driving license.
