As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing a programme of work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring alignment with the contract and business objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and sub-contractors to verify their programmes and methodologies.
- Identify project critical success factors and communicate them to the project team.
- Assess progress against programmes and report findings to stakeholders.
- Develop and update project programmes in line with the contract and business needs.
- Identify and assess changes to the programme, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and budget.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Asta Power Project, to manage and track project progress.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Senior Planner in a similar industry.
- HNC or Construction-related qualification.
- Relevant driving license.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
