Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess a background in sales and event management, particularly in weddings and private gatherings. You should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, a strong customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude towards business development.

Primary Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Sales Manager to ensure all client inquiries are addressed from the initial contact to finalization (this includes proposals, venue tours, and invoicing).

  • Focus on organizing events, including corporate and private functions, ensuring a seamless experience both online and offline.
  • Coordinate all venue tours to maximize the use of available event spaces.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to guarantee the accuracy of information (event sheets/weekly meetings) and data management.
  • Deliver a smooth customer experience from the first inquiry, ensuring a consistently high-quality approach.
  • Support both the Sales Manager and Director of Sales at various exhibitions for weddings, holiday events, and private functions.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing materials.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with both new and returning clients.
