We are seeking a skilled Arrears and Litigation Specialist to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage administration activities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
- Regular communication with customers experiencing payment difficulties
- Discuss and negotiate arrears workout options, e.g. arrangements, capitalisation, loan workouts, shortfall sales, etc.
- Monitor agreed workout strategies to ensure compliance and take further action as necessary
- Analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in a timely manner
- Prior experience in operational loans
- Experience working with customers experiencing financial difficulties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide relevant information
- Experience within the Financial Services industry, particularly in consumer finance
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on the business
