About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Planning Coordinator to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our regional team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our regional energy strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of our regional engagement strategy, working closely with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that regional stakeholders and their views are captured and incorporated into our regional energy plan, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and engagement materials.
  • Design and support workshops and engagement activities with the Regional Strategic Board, working groups, and other regional stakeholders to progress our regional energy plan.
  • Draft clear, concise, and relevant reports and slide packs on stakeholder engagement and progress towards our regional energy goals.
  • Coordinate with other regional and central teams to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in energy planning and stakeholder engagement. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a good understanding of the energy sector and the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions. You will also have experience of using CRM systems and databases to record activities and identify insights and actions.
