Your New Challenge:
This role requires a unique blend of skills, where the successful candidate will be expected to foster strong relationships with customers, manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, and contribute significantly to the company's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and processing related sales administration tasks, including quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, handling complaints, and managing product returns.
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner, and researching clients to identify potential opportunities using CRM.
- Handling order entry processing, including contract review, and maintaining and updating customer records.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar function is essential, along with a basic understanding of contracts and T&Cs.
- The ability to work independently and a commitment to a high-quality and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a highly process-driven environment with good attention to detail.
