As the Head of Sanctions at NatWest, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the bank's sanctions policy, ensuring it is reflective of relevant laws and regulations. You will provide subject matter expertise to the business, advising on operating procedures and controls to meet the bank's and local policy requirements.

You will oversee sanctions name screening and transaction filtering systems, ensuring the business addresses sanctions risk concerns within the management of their customer, geographic, and product portfolio life-cycle. Additionally, you will represent the bank externally on sanctions matters and lead a team to undertake complex sanctions investigations.
