Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests, perform initial repairs when feasible, and prepare estimates for repairs when immediate fixes are not achievable, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Execute all scheduled maintenance tasks according to the established program and maintain precise, auditable records of tasks planned and completed.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in accordance with specifications, both internally and externally, and guarantee timely project completion.
  • Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety regulations and procedures during work activities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the workplace, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Engage with clients, maintaining high standards of customer service and quality workmanship.
  • Exhibit flexibility and undertake additional reasonable tasks to meet operational needs.
  • Participate in a call-out rota as required.
Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks completed within established KPIs.
  • Ability to perform repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report, including minor works certification.
  • 18th Edition certification is essential.
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification.
