Key Responsibilities:
  • Address reactive service calls, perform initial fixes when feasible, and prepare quotes for repairs when immediate solutions are not achievable, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Execute all scheduled maintenance tasks according to the program and maintain precise, auditable records of both planned and completed work.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in accordance with specifications, both internally and externally, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations relevant to the tasks performed.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards Health & Safety in the workplace and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship, as the role involves client interaction.
  • Exhibit flexibility and undertake additional reasonable duties to meet operational needs.
  • Participate in a call-out rota as required.
Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks completed within established KPIs.
  • Ability to perform repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report, including minor works certification.
  • Essential qualifications include the 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3.

What will distinguish you:

  • Possession of the 2391 qualification.
