Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, performing first fixes where feasible and preparing quotes for repairs when first fixes are not achievable, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Execute all scheduled maintenance tasks according to the program and maintain accurate, auditable records of planned and completed work.
  • Ensure the site is maintained in excellent condition, both internally and externally, adhering to specified standards and timelines.
  • Comply with all relevant Health and Safety regulations and procedures related to work activities.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to Health & Safety in the workplace, taking necessary measures to mitigate risks.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship, as the role involves client interaction.
  • Exhibit flexibility and undertake additional reasonable duties to meet operational needs.
  • Participate in a call-out rota as required.

Qualifications:

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks completed within established KPIs.
  • Capability to perform repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report, including minor works certification.
  • Essential qualifications include 18th Edition certification and NVQ Level 3.
