About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandising Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to the Merchandise Team at FGH (Freemans Grattan Holdings). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing stock availability through accurate sales and stock forecasting, as well as assisting in planning and merchandising departmental product ranges that meet customer requirements and deliver the core values and attributes of the Brand(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute a range of pre-determined reports to enable the Merchandise Team to identify opportunities to improve KPI performance.
  • Create and distribute Purchase Orders to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.
  • Monitor and maintain Purchase Order delivery dates to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Distribute DD estimates to suppliers, track, chase, and summarize their responses to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update product statuses on all FGH systems to ensure availability and onsite visibility align with Merchandise guidelines.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized department.
  • Set up, manage, and follow through on all buying administration systems and procedures to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and establish the department filing system with support.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.
  • Demonstrate behaviors in line with our Company values.
  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work.
