Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Development Manager to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales strategies and the management of existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial tunnelling industry
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage customer relationships and develop business through effective communication and relationship-building
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and timely collection of payments
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of industrial tunnelling processes and fan systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial tunnelling, construction, or heavy equipment industry
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
