We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust and Company Administration Specialist to join our team at Hawksford. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional advice and support to our clients, working closely with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure accurate information is recorded.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a portfolio of trust and company structures, including complex ones
- Review annual accounts on client portfolios and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is recorded
- Maintain the highest standards of administration, including producing reports and analyses for third parties
- Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers
- Identify opportunities for beneficiaries to benefit from other services provided through our company network
- Cover Team Manager's and/or other administrator's portfolios in absence of holiday/sickness
- Achieve financial targets as determined by management
- Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services environment
- Ability to plan and organise work and/or that of a team of colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
