Position: Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in propelling our company's growth by enhancing existing customer relationships, optimizing sales from incoming inquiries, and uncovering new business prospects.   • New Business Generation: Actively seek and pursue new business opportunities through various methods, including networking, cold outreach, and leveraging industry relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted organizations.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements, present tailored solutions, and secure sales.
  • Sales Pipeline Oversight: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects to advance opportunities through the sales process.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including generated pipeline, closed deals, new accounts acquired, and meetings conducted.
