Key Responsibilities:
- Strive to meet and, when feasible, surpass client expectations while adhering to established budgets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train qualified personnel while ensuring compliance with vetting protocols.
- Maintain staffing levels to uphold contract standards.
- Manage wage expenditures in accordance with budgets set by the Regional Manager and Account Director.
- Assess client satisfaction and service delivery monthly through client meetings and reports.
- Conduct regular site visits, both random and scheduled, to ensure service standards are met, escalating issues to the appropriate Regional Manager.
- Perform random and scheduled audits, including compliance and quality checks on a monthly basis.
- Implement strategies to minimize staff turnover, including induction programs, training, feedback, performance management, and personal coaching.
- Oversee the site-based training matrix to ensure all personnel receive necessary training.
- Ensure that site documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure that products, equipment, and materials are stored, utilized, maintained, and ordered within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure that all Atlas personnel adhere to site regulations and maintain a professional appearance.
- Follow the Company's grievance and disciplinary protocols.
- Ensure all activities comply with quality management, health & safety regulations, legal requirements, environmental policies, and duty of care.
- Uphold and promote the Company's values and philosophy regarding ethics, integrity, and corporate social responsibility.
- Complete electronic time and attendance records.
