About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of facilities services across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Contract Manager in coordinating service delivery and advising senior management on risks and mitigation actions.
  • Lead the Southern Region team, ensuring the effective delivery of our Total Facilities Management (TFM) model across the Siemens Industries estate.
  • Build organisational capacity, responsible for the delivery of services and maintenance of assets under contract.
  • Implement assigned tasks efficiently and economically, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
  • Evaluate data and operational performance statistics, implementing action plans for out-of-line situations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Further/Higher Education.
  • Sound management and interpersonal skills, with experience in leadership and team building.
  • Qualifications and/or membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace Facilities Management).
  • Recognised Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH).
  • Experienced people manager with good leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
