About the Role:
As the Head of Paid Media, you will be responsible for managing a team of three direct reports and collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance campaigns and drive optimised performance results. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth through paid advertising
- Managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Leading and mentoring a team of paid advertising specialists
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background in digital marketing management or account management with a focus on paid advertising
- Proven experience managing at least one direct report
- Strong expertise in paid advertising campaign management and a strategic mindset
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
