\t* Scrutinize the technical/construction aspects of grant applications
\t* Ensure the successful completion of new and improved stadium facilities
\t* Provide professional advice and guidance to applicants
\t* Carry out technical assessments of grant applications
\t* Present funding reports for approval
\t* Oversee the construction process to ensure completion to programme, meeting Stadium Accreditation deadlines, delivered to budget and in accordance with the agreed specification
\t* Manage the payment of grants to applicants

\t* Educated to degree standard (or an equivalent professional qualification) in a construction related field
\t* Expertise in the construction processes for football facilities
\t* Knowledge of the regulations and requirements of the EFL, FA National League and FA Women\u2019s Pyramid
\t* Experience of delivering facilities from inception to completion
\t* Ability to analyse drawings, specifications and related documentation
\t* Understanding of procurement mechanisms for football facilities
\t* Track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships
\t* Experience producing detailed and robust reports
