Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and filing of letters, generating engagement letters, and working on merge projects.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including printing and sending bills to clients.
* Assist with reception duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
* Complete new client forms and assist with proposals for new clients.
* Organize events and admin tasks as required.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
