We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Document Coordinator to join our team at People Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential projects in the London area, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Guidelines and Compliance:
- Thoroughly review all Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) process and procedures guides related to the project.
- Monitor the team's and subcontractors' compliance with the project's processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with subcontractor viewing restrictions during this process.
- Quality Assurance Checks:
- Drawing and Document Management:
- Maintain and update various project schedules and registers, including:
- Manage both electronic and hard copy filing systems for project documents.
- Issue comments and statuses for Risk Assessment Method Statements on EDMS.
- Document Archiving:
- Archive documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Project Coordination:
- Undertake project coordination tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Drawing and Document Management:
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document management and QA processes.
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage and update various project registers and schedules.
- Competence in using EDMS and other document management systems.
- Training Aptitude: Willingness to attend and learn from training sessions.
