About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health assessments, treatment programs, and risk management for women affected by moderate to severe mental health illnesses in the preconception, antenatal, and postnatal period.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. You will work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based interventions, recovery-focused work, and manage risk. You will also be required to maintain a clinical case load, fulfill all the roles and responsibilities of a Care Coordinator, and work autonomously as well as within the MDT and other settings.
