About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Perinatal Mental Health Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health assessments, treatment programs, and risk management for women affected by moderate to severe mental health illnesses during the preconception, antenatal, and postnatal periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a clinical case load, fulfilling all the roles and responsibilities of a Care Coordinator.
  • Work effectively in the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health assessments, treatment programs, and manage risk.
  • Visit patients in their own homes and communities, as well as running clinics at the team base and other community venues.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to high-quality care, possessing good therapeutic and interpersonal skills.
