We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the upkeep, troubleshooting, and servicing of coffee equipment throughout the designated area.
Your technical proficiency will guarantee that our clients enjoy optimal performance from their coffee machines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on various coffee equipment.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with clients.
3. Keep precise service documentation and reports.
4. Engage in a rotational on-call schedule, covering 1 weekend in 4.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a coffee equipment service role or a similar position.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid UK driving license.
