About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Pharmaceutical Development to join our team at PCI Pharma Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our Pharmaceutical Development groups to deliver technical excellence and agreed client development milestones.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Pharmaceutical Development teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue through Pharmaceutical Development services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects and meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in Pharmaceutical Development.
Requirements
  • Scientific degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemistry) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Development, including process technology and/or pharmaceutical development.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading large technical teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate at a senior level and work to tight timelines.
