We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our footprint within the pharmaceutical industry by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned territory (France, Belgium, Netherlands).
  • Identify potential clients in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on potent non-sterile dosage forms for Tredegar and Sterile fill finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Present our comprehensive range of services and capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close supply agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its processes will be invaluable in this role.

  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry.
  • Strong fluency in French, English, and Dutch (or other relevant languages).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and techniques (OSD and Sterile).
  • Established network within the pharmaceutical sector in your assigned territory.
Education & Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in a science or business discipline, is required. Completion of recognized sales training programs is highly desirable.
