Position Overview

As a vital member of our corporate customer service division, we are seeking several Account Coordinators to collaborate with Account Executives in managing customer accounts effectively.

This position entails delivering administrative and analytical assistance to ensure a smooth customer service experience, from initial onboarding to ongoing account management. The ideal candidate will engage with both internal teams and clients, necessitating exceptional communication skills via phone and email, along with a proactive approach to workload management.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous, particularly for those aiming to transition into an administrative capacity.

Work Schedule

This role allows for a hybrid working arrangement following the successful completion of initial training and orientation. Standard working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
