Are you an experienced Accounts professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team at EC Appointments Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new credit applications and credit control, including debt collection and statement management
  • Allocate payments and remittance advices
  • Reconcile debit and credit notes
  • Release orders and maintain accurate ledgers
  • Utilize Excel skills to analyze and manage financial data
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
