We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as an Account Development Management Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to various internal and external stakeholders, including the Head of Account Management, Account Development Managers (ADMs), Framework Partners, and other key personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Account Development team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues effectively.
