Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Company: StormX Recruitment Limited

Location: Near Hertford

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a complete, efficient, and accurate accounting service for the billing and sales ledger function.
  • Process sales invoicing, billing of accounts for events, additional charges, registration fees, and deposits.
  • Maintain regular reconciliations of accounts, including debtors ledger, bank and cash accounts, deposits and prepayments, and agent creditor accounts.
  • Be responsible for credit control following established procedures for debtor collection.
  • Deal professionally with customer billing and other enquiries.
  • Support the annual audit process.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the Finance department.
  • Provide other reporting and support as required.
