Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing market visibility and achieving organizational objectives. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will utilize multiple marketing channels to generate leads, meet enrollment and revenue goals, and enhance member retention.

Strategic Marketing Initiatives

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to stimulate lead generation and drive revenue growth.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee marketing initiatives focused on attracting non-member leads and enrollments for educational courses and programs.
  • Evaluate and refine campaign performance to align with marketing targets.

Database Management

  • Enhance and maintain the non-member database using HubSpot.
  • Conduct research, update, and categorize non-member data to pinpoint key prospects.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and assess campaign performance metrics, offering insights for future enhancements.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Executive team with routine and special reporting tasks.

Content Creation

  • Develop and evaluate persuasive, high-impact copy for marketing collateral.

Website Management

  • Ensure that website content is precise, SEO-optimized, and engaging, in line with brand standards.

Social Media Strategy

  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Executive to create and implement social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
