In this position, you will oversee a caseload of clients, supporting them in expressing their goals and unlocking their potential. Responsibilities include managing service referrals, conducting interviews and assessments, and communicating the results of these processes to prospective clients. You will also play a key role in onboarding new clients and facilitating high-quality, outcome-oriented support sessions, both individually and in group settings.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience working with young individuals in a comparable capacity, along with an understanding of homelessness and its effects on youth.
  • Knowledge of housing and benefits advisory services.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with specialized organizations, including mental health services and youth justice agencies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire.
  • Excellent communication abilities, adaptable to different audiences and desired outcomes.
  • A solid grasp of professional boundaries, coupled with a high degree of personal integrity.
