About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Assistant to join our team at Trinity Estates. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to the Group HR Manager and ensure the smooth operation of our HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration:
    • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and contractual changes
    • Process all pre-employment checks
    • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all employment documentation
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Administer Company Benefits
    • Support with employee relations
    • Manage employee departures, including exit interviews and relevant paperwork
  • General Administration:
    • Manage the administrative aspects of employee onboarding
    • Assist with payroll-related audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

  • CIPD L3 or desire to work towards
  • Minimum 1 year working within a HR environment
  • Organized, motivated, and confident
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time

Desirable Skills:

  • Experienced in using Industry specific packages (e.g., HRIS/ Sage Payroll)
  • Good understanding of employment legislation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases at the same time
  • Basic payroll principles
