Job Title: HR and Payroll Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Cw4. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and processing payroll data, processing changes to payroll, and adding new starters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and process payroll data
- Process changes to payroll
- Add new starters
- Complete monthly payroll reports
- Process P11Ds and P45s
- Provide HR support
- Support the recruitment process
- Set up interviews and support post-recruitment
- Candidate onboarding
- Support HR projects
- General admin
Requirements:
- Payroll experience
- Experience working in HR
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- The ability to multitask
