About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily routines, ensuring their psychological needs are met
  • Take individuals out into the community to participate in activities, promoting social interaction and self-esteem
  • Work effectively within the team to provide high-quality care and support
  • Drive individuals to appointments and activities, as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential
  • Commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training
  • Ability to work a flexible rota, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
