Country Manager, ANZ

As a key member of our founding leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Airtable's presence in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team that drives revenue growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the expansion of our international presence, leveraging strategic acumen and leadership to scale new business ventures.
  • Support direct reports by participating in prospect meetings and engaging in other corporate resources as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, Growth, and Ops, to develop innovative approaches to sales and revenue growth.
  • Establish and implement key sales processes to drive consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth.
  • Supervise sales efficiency by building dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data to identify buying, expansion, and churn signals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience working within revenue-focused teams responsible for selling software solutions into multiple industries.
  • Experience leading a high-performing, closing revenue team.
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective sales strategies.
