Position Overview
As an Associate in Investor Sales, your primary focus will be on assisting the FX & Commodities and Rates & Credit Investor Sales teams. You will collaborate closely with Product Partners, Business Enablement & Relationship teams, as well as other Investor Sales and Trading units globally. Your contributions will be vital in achieving business goals in Europe & America while maintaining a global perspective on client needs.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as an Associate in Investor Sales, you will:
- Optimize overall product revenues through Voice and Electronic channels in London.
- Expand the Bank's core franchise in AUD, NZD, Asia FX & Rates, and Precious Metals by engaging with clients and traders.
- Collaborate with global sales and trading teams to identify and cultivate essential customer relationships.
- Provide support for initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Leverage data to uncover insights and trends that facilitate informed business decisions, boosting yield and volume.
- Attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, limits, processes, and external regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of end-to-end operational workflows.
- Share best practices across various business units.
- Manage interactions across groups in a professional and collaborative manner.
To excel in this position, you should ideally possess the following:
- A strong academic foundation, preferably in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Economics/Commerce.
- Basic experience and understanding of FICC.
- A strong desire to learn and advance rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with traders, sales personnel, and clients.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High levels of integrity, reliability, and dependability.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work beyond standard business hours when necessary.
