We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our expansion in the ANZ region. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and shaping the long-term strategy for the region.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, enable, and grow a diverse team of talented Account Executives, owning the Corporate and Strategic segments across the region.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging your expertise in outbound selling and prospecting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective ways to get customers on board.
- Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes to drive consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth.
- Supervise sales efficiency by building dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data to identify buying and expansion signals.
- 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience working within revenue-focused teams responsible for selling software solutions into multiple industries.
- Experience leading a high-performing, closing revenue team.
- Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice to have: APAC-wide regional breadth in a sales management capacity.
