You will lead a team of experienced Third Party Personal Injury Handlers to achieve first-class quality and technical claims handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Third Party Personal Injury Handlers to achieve exceptional results.
- Accountability for team's performance against set objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Performance management of staff, including quality auditing, absence, holidays, and time management, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monthly one-to-ones, performance reviews, training and development, disciplinary procedures, and staff welfare.
- Maximize the imparting of technical knowledge to the team through mentoring and coaching.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of relevant technical and market developments.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
