Role Summary:

An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Shared Services Partnership for a Personal Assistant to the Team Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering essential administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our management teams.

If you are a detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for improving organizational outcomes, your expertise will be highly valued in our collaborative environment. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative assistance to facilitate the work of Team Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize Team Manager schedules and appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively arrange meetings and coordinate logistics.
  • Handle financial transactions and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions.
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Utilize spreadsheets for tracking and monitoring caseloads.
  • Extract and compile information from various sources as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, IT, and communication skills, along with the ability to analyze information and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach and self-motivation are essential for success in this role.
