Paid Social Campaign Manager

The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid social strategies that drive client objectives and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Manage all aspects of paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams, and platform representatives to drive best-in-class performance.
- Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
- Work closely with the Account Director and oversee the Account Executive to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to Dentsu's QA policies and procedures.
- Actively mentor and empower team members to increase quality and performance on clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid social.
- 3 years of experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
