Paid Social Marketing Manager

We're seeking a skilled Paid Social Executive to join our team at Modo25 Limited. As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-performing paid social campaigns that drive real commercial value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute successful paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to deliver outstanding Affiliate campaigns that meet commercial objectives.
- Manage Performance Marketing Executives and their campaign management, as well as their personal development.
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of campaign results to clients.
- Proven experience in paid social marketing, with a strong understanding of attribution models and tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with senior management and clients to deliver results-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex data and utilise spreadsheets to solve problems.
- Client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and become a trusted partner.
