Job Description

Job Title: Paid Social Executive

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to our Leeds office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Executive to join our team at Modo25 Limited. As a Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns that drive real commercial value for our clients
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance using data analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Associate Director to set and align with broader strategies
  • Manage Performance Marketing Executives and their campaign management, as well as their personal development
  • Deliver high-quality client deliverables in a timely manner
  • Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on campaigns
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of results
  • Communicate effectively with clients through scheduled calls and meetings, as well as ad hoc communication

Requirements:

  • Experience in paid social marketing, with a strong understanding of how to develop a fully integrated 'adaptive' approach to marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and process skills
  • Ability to work with complex data and utilize spreadsheets to solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights
  • Client management skills, including the ability to build rapport and become a trusted partner
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan your week and prioritize tasks
  • Driven, positive attitude with problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail
  • Prior experience of third-party tracking implementation, and associated tracking platforms, such as DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager)
  • Understanding of attribution and the different models that can be used
  • Good understanding of paid media, SEO, and social media marketing
