Paid Social Campaign Manager

The Paid Social Manager role at Dentsu is a key position that requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing paid social strategies aligned with client goals and objectives, managing all aspects of paid social campaigns, and collaborating with clients, internal planning teams, and platform reps to drive best-in-class performance.
Additionally, you will attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, work closely with the Account Director, and oversee the Account Executive to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to Dentsu's QA policies and procedures.
Actively mentoring and empowering your team to increase quality and performance on your clients is also a key aspect of this role.
Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid social is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment, and proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns are also required.
