Job Title: Paid Social Executive

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to our Leeds office)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Executive to join our team at Modo25 Limited. As a Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns that drive real commercial value for our clients
- Manage and optimize campaign performance using data analysis and insights
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Associate Director to set and align with broader strategies
- Manage Performance Marketing Executives and their campaign management, as well as their personal development
- Deliver high-quality client deliverables in a timely manner
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders on campaigns
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of results
- Communicate effectively with clients through scheduled calls and meetings, as well as ad hoc communication
Requirements:
- Experience in paid social marketing, with a strong understanding of how to develop a fully integrated 'adaptive' approach to marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and process skills
- Ability to work with complex data and utilize spreadsheets to solve problems
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with attribution models and tracking platforms
- Good understanding of paid media, SEO, and social media marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Driven, positive attitude with problem-solving skills and strong attention-to-detail
