Role Overview:
As an Apprenticeship Training Consultant, you will oversee the coaching of a designated group of apprentices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that they acquire the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors to excel in their positions and successfully complete their apprenticeship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our established training delivery model to collaborate with each apprentice and their employer in creating a customized training plan that addresses their specific needs.
- Manage the execution of training in accordance with the agreed-upon plan, maintaining a focus on quality. This includes understanding the aspirations of both the apprentices and their employers for career progression and working alongside the account manager to facilitate advancement opportunities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Possess a teaching qualification, although comprehensive training will be provided for those without.
- Achieve a satisfactory level in GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English.
- Exhibit flexibility to meet the needs of the team and the organization.
- Adhere to the guidelines outlined in our Employee Handbook and related policy documents.
- Undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which is a prerequisite for all positions.
- Maintain a vehicle insured for business purposes and hold a valid driving license.
- Complete all mandatory training as required by the organization.
Location:
This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to the Manchester office for team meetings or training sessions.
