Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development- Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses that address the needs of various departments within the hotel, ensuring alignment with our service standards, brand values, and operational goals.
- Training Materials Creation: Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations, to support the development of our employees.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments: Regularly assess training needs by consulting with department heads, reviewing performance data, and gathering employee feedback to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to address identified training needs, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Facilitate in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, utilizing various training methodologies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Evaluate Progress: Monitor and evaluate the progress of employees participating in development programs, ensuring that they meet the required standards and achieve their goals.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all training programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications, ensuring that all employees complete mandatory training programs.
