About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apprenticeship Training Coordinator to join our team at Kroll. As a key member of our Learning and Early Careers team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our apprenticeship programs, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement apprenticeship programs that align with our business objectives and meet the needs of our employees.
  • Work closely with our Learning SMEs, internal stakeholders, and external partners to identify and develop technical skills for Continuous Professional Development/Education and students.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to drive the quality agenda through digital assets and classroom experiences.
  • Support the development of policies and processes that support CPD/E and qualifications, and work with Learning SMEs to embed these within Oracle.
  • Program manage the UK apprenticeship program, ensuring the welfare and journey of our apprentices across the life cycle of their experience.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to programs and areas of welfare and continuous professional development for our student cohorts.
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of the budget for the programs and qualifications in each business area.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in Professional Services with experience working with students and/or regulated training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, internal and external.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships, with specific experience around the apprenticeship levy, including setting and managing KPI's.
  • Strong project and program management experience.
  • Understanding of professional qualifications and apprenticeship programs desirable.
  • Good data analytics experience and the ability to generate insight through systems and tools.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and create clarity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the company and employees.
