An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our catering team behind a vibrant music venue complex in Bristol City Centre. We are seeking enthusiastic team players with great customer service skills and hospitality experience, ideally serving food and beverage in a cafe or similar environment. Full and part-time roles are available.

Main Duties
  • Manage an area of an event and/or waiting & bar staff, reporting to the Hospitality Manager.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, hot and cold food, and provide information about the food and beverages available to customers.
  • Assist customers in a helpful and friendly manner, providing information about the food and beverages available.
  • Prepare dining areas for service and replenish counters.
  • Clear and clean counters and service equipment after service.

  • Customer service experience: 1 year
