The Role: Consulting Director - Farming, Food & Environment Policy Evaluation
This exciting opportunity allows you to work in a crucial policy area alongside a highly motivated and skilled team, with ample opportunities for learning and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with senior managers to shape and execute strategic growth plans for the team.
- Manage large framework contracts, working closely with clients and research partners.
- Lead and foster technical excellence and innovation in evaluation and research.
- Contribute your knowledge and expertise in land, food, and agriculture policy areas.
- Direct projects to support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Mentor staff and project teams as needed.
- Lead business development opportunities, cultivate networks, and build partnerships.
- Promote ICF's evaluation and research expertise and work through various channels.
You will contribute to a diverse range of large and complex consulting projects, directing and managing teams.
